Please use the below guidelines to get an understanding of our shipping and delivery terms.

We currently ship to the following countries:

2. USA & Canada (2-5 business days)
3. Japan, Singapore & Hong Kong (2-5 business days)
4. Australia & New Zealand (2-5 business days)
5. Rest of the world (2-5 business days)

We want to make sure you have all the information you need to pick your favourite pieces and get them safely to your home, wherever that may be.

* Please note that depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which Slowsteadyclub cannot accept liability.
The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order.
Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
* Please note that the FTA Agreement phrase is included in the invoice inside the parcel.

* Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking code, where you will be able to track your order.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to work.
If you have an account on slowsteadyclub.com website, you will be able to track your order under 'Order history' section for each order that has been shipped.

RETURN INFORMATION

1. Slowsteadyclub gladly accepts returns within 14 days of the date of receiving. Items should be returned new, unused, with all Slowsteadyclub tags intact.
2. Slowsteadyclub will refund the full amount of the returned products – all other expenses are covered by the customer.
3. you can always contact weare@slowsteadyclub.com to arrange the return of the product(s).
4. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.
5. You are liable for any possible deterioration of the product’s value caused when trying on the item(s). You may try the item in the way you would in a shop without causing any sort of deterioration. If the item is used in any other way than described in the above we consider the item as used and you will lose your right of return partially or completely.
6. As soon as we have received and accepted the return, all successfully returned items will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the items, minus any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
7. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent.
